Campus+ ——课程设计

本次设计是一次合作设计,主要强调校区维度的场地设计,同时小组成员需分别负责其中的某块建筑设计。此次设计被视为向城市设计维度转换的一个过渡,因此对于 "Big Picture" 比较重视。同时也是我们的第一个合作设计课题。



场地与概念

场地分析

面对复杂的场地条件,我们着重以下问题:首先,场地交通拥挤,并且没有供家长等候孩子的空间;其次,由于场地建筑是分期建造的,建筑形式杂乱,实验中学缺乏其应有的牌面。
Facing the complex site conditions, wefocused on the following problems: First of all, the traffic around the site is unreasonable, and there is no space for parents to wait for their children.Secondly, the campus lacks the overall image, and the architectural style istoo complex and rigid. 



设计概念

最重要的是,生活在校区中的学生沦陷于学习、听讲和考试的循环中,学校在传统且硬性的教育体制下变得压抑且灰暗。尽管中国的教育体制难以改变,但我们可以在校园生活中加上几笔颜色,这种”加“就成了我们的概念——在典型的校区功能中加入色彩的活力空间。
Last but not least, students in campus are trapped inthe cycle of attending classes, studying and taking exams all the year round.They need some Plus space to light up their youth. Thus we want to add newspace in the typical teaching blocks. So that we can we give new functions totraditional teaching modules and as well as more color to students' high schoollife.



场地策略与功能组织

总平图

我们选择将场地的西南角退界出来作为提供给家长等待和休息的“口袋公园”,同时在场地原有的传统中轴线基础上,加上两条轴线,使其成为南北纵贯的三条轴线。同时场地中设置正南门、北侧后门、西侧后勤门、以及口袋公园附近的特殊出入口。整体功能组织在校区原有基础上重新进行整理。
The southwest corner of the site isreturned to the public as a pocket park for parents to wait for their students.The site is divided into three main axes, which become the main circulation ofthe site. There are two main gates on the main north-south axis of the site, alogistics entrance on the west side of the site, and a special gate near pocketpark. Also we reorganized the funcion zoning.



结构形式与平面布置

校区平面图

保留原有教学楼,同时新建教学楼沿袭原建筑的梁柱结构和平面布置。整体教学楼分为五个结构分区。
The teaching block in the original site has been retained, and its main structureis beam and column structure. Thus the new block also follows the structuralform of the old one. The entire teaching complex is divided into fivestructural divisions, each of which is a separate structural network. The axes of the columns follow the logic of the old building, but also change along withthe functional requirements of the new block.

新旧建筑立面融合

除此之外,新建教学楼也进一步进行融合和影响。新教学楼接受旧建筑的方形体量、坡屋顶、整体色彩,但同时也在此基础上进行了异规。而旧建筑加入了“Plus”的建筑语言,在矩阵重复的教室单元中插入活力空间。新建筑也使用了穿孔铝板提供更优质的室内采光和立面形态。总体来说新旧具有同质性,但又各自具有一定性格。
Theoverall style of the new part respects the old one, such as the cube volume,pitched roof and overall color of the elevation, which remain broadlyconsistent with the existing building. While the big picture remains the same,the new block has also changed a lot. For example, the facade is added with anarchitectural language by the concept, and the form of pitched roof isuniformed compared to the old one. In addition to glass and concrete, punchedaluminum panels have also been added.Ingeneral, there is a kind of homogeneity between the old and new blocks, butalso they are different for other.

总结

合作部分:行有不得,反求诸己,多虑自身,少责他人,见贤思齐,不贤内省。学会接受他人观点,合作项目是想法的融合。每个人都有自己的方向、节奏和方式,在保证合作进行的同时一定要坚持自己的核心,在虚心吸纳的同时要知道只有自己才能驳倒自己。

设计部分:尽管在短期内完成了图纸,绘制水平得到了一定认可。但设计不尽人意,且出现了迟交图的意外状况。且明显出图流程有待优化,出图表现的指向性有待加强。画一张图时一定要记住自己对这张图的期待是什么,要讲什么事儿,要实现什么效果。

同时之前看到一句评论,话粗理不粗,毕竟无论存在哪个行业,自我鞭策永远是前进的源动力,引用共勉:不更新出图软件,不简化设计流程,不涉猎结构水暖电兄弟专业,不研究市场动向,没有解决客户需求的能力,成天把从学校学的空间玄学当成安身立命的本钱,还自以为怀才不遇。就这样的画图匠自诩为建筑师,还舔着脸劝退你,劝退他,说白了就是风停了,猪掉下来了而已。
